Forest is the inspiration for my recent body of work. We are intimately connected to the trees through the eco system of our planet. This informs my writing and art, the two areas of my work that coexist together in the form of art books and printmaking.

Through making art about the trees I connect to my inner self. The forest provides me with a link to the past, where I find unexpected memories from my life in Poland. I want to make images which are rooted in my experience, but also reach to the future, the work which inspires and gives hope.
